Tri Amino™ Powder provides three essential amino acids, lysine, methionine, and threonine, to help build and maintain healthy muscle, and support a healthy topline. They are considered essential amino acids because the body cannot produce enough of them on its own, so they must be obtained through the diet. These three amino acids are also limiting amino acids, meaning if they are not present in adequate amounts, they limit the body's ability to make protein. This formula provides 10,000 mg of lysine, 5,000 mg of methionine, and 2,000 mg of threonine per serving.
