Rusty Spur Saddle Shop Return and Refund Policy

Effective Date: March 24, 2025

At Rusty Spur Saddle Shop, we aim to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. But we understand that not every purcahse is quite right. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns:

  • Items may be returned within 14 days of the purchase date for store credit,  exchange, or refund with proof of purchase.

  • If the purchase was made with a credit card, the item can be returned for store credit or exchange. If a credit card refund is requested, a 5% restock fee will be applied. 

  • To be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when purchased, with all tags attached and in their original packaging.

  • Items that were already paid out to consignors may not be returned.

  • Non-Returnable Items: Consigned items are sold "as-is" and are not eligible for return. Additionally, the following items cannot be returned:

    • Gift cards

    • Clearnced Final Sale items

    • Health and personal care items (e.g., grooming supplies)

Return Process:

  1. In-Store Returns: Bring the item(s) and the original receipt to our store located at:

  2. Inspection: Our staff will inspect the returned item(s) to ensure they meet the eligibility criteria.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return it for store credit and use the credit to purchase the desired item. 

 

Consignment Items:

All consignment items are sold "as-is" with no warranties or guarantees. 

There is no guarantee a consigned item may be returned.  Items that are paid out to consignors after purchase may not be returned. 

 

Policy Changes:

Rusty Spur Saddle Shop reserves the right to modify this return and refund policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
